ToUpperInPlace

Uppercases ASCII letters in place.

Description

Mutates the receiver's existing buffer, converting each ASCII lowercase letter (a–z) to uppercase; all other bytes are left as-is. Unlike ToUpper, it allocates nothing and returns nothing.
