Relative sleeping and clock access through target-specific BSD thunks.

Function	Description
ClockGettime	Read a BSD clock.
Nanosleep	Suspend for a relative interval.

Both functions use timespec. Use CLOCK_MONOTONIC for interval measurement and CLOCK_REALTIME for wall-clock time.
